⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We cannot thank you, Cheyenne enough for stepping in at extremely short notice to look after our two kitties! We reached out to her on a weekend, less than 24 hours before leaving for a 10-day family vacation after our previous care arrangement let us down. Cheyenne called me back right away and, within a few hours, was at our home for a meet-and-greet to ensure we and our kitties felt comfortable. Her communication was impeccable—she kept us updated twice each day with detailed messages. She spent quality time with our cats, informing us about their eating habits, potty routines, and included plenty of photos. Our older kitty, who is usually shy around strangers, was completely comfortable with her, as evident in the pictures. Cheyenne, truly an angel. Her professionalism and reliability we absolutely top-notch!! We will absolutely be reaching out to her the next time we need help with our kitties! and would hands down recommend her to anyone.
